Refund policy
Returns and right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. KingsPower also applies a return period of 30 days after receipt.
Would you like to withdraw from, cancel or return your order? Submit your request via your account or order status page or send an email to info@realkingspower.com. Always state your order number and the email address you used to order.
From the moment Shopify makes the EU withdrawal button available, you can also use that route via your account or order status page.
Conditions for return
The product must, as far as reasonably possible, be returned complete, clean, undamaged and in its original packaging. You may try on and inspect the product as you would in a shop. If the product has been used more than necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, a deduction may be applied for loss of value.
Always remove the power bank before washing or returning heated clothing. Return all included parts, including the power bank, cables, labels and packaging, if present.
Registering a return
- Send an email to info@realkingspower.com or use your account/order status page.
- State your order number, email address and reason for return or withdrawal.
- You will receive return instructions and the return address.
- Send the product back carefully packaged.
Do not send products back without prior return notification. This allows us to process your return faster and correctly.
Return costs
The costs of returning the product are for the customer, unless the product is defective, damaged or delivered incorrectly, or unless we have agreed otherwise with you in writing.
Damage, defects or incorrect delivery
Check your order immediately upon receipt. Is the product defective, damaged or delivered incorrectly? Please contact us as soon as possible via info@realkingspower.com, preferably including a photo or video of the problem. We will assess the problem and offer a suitable solution, such as replacement, repair or refund.
Refund
We will refund you using the same payment method you used to pay, unless otherwise agreed. Refunds are made no later than 14 days after we have received your withdrawal. We may wait to refund until we have received the product or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the product.
After receiving and checking your return, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
Exchanges
Would you like a different size or colour? Register your return and then place a new order for the desired product. This way you can see straight away whether the product is in stock.
