Heated vest
How long does the heated vest battery last?
The heated vest includes a rechargeable 10,000 mAh power bank. Runtime depends on the heat setting: setting 1 (low, blue) gives up to 8 hours of warmth, setting 2 (medium, white) up to 5 hours and setting 3 (high, red) up to 3 hours. For many customers, average use on setting 2 is suitable for a workday.
How quickly does the vest warm up?
The heated vest reaches the selected temperature in about 3 to 5 minutes. Setting 3 (red, 65°C) feels warm fastest. Setting 1 (blue, 45°C) warms more gradually and uses the battery more slowly.
Which size heated vest should I choose?
If in doubt, choose one size larger. Our vests fit slightly smaller than standard clothing sizes. Check our size chart for exact measurements per size.
Does the heated vest run large or small?
The vest fits slightly smaller than a standard clothing size. Check the size chart carefully and choose a larger size if in doubt.
Can I wash the heated vest?
Yes. Always remove the power bank before washing. Wash at 30°C in a laundry bag — do not tumble dry and do not wring. You can find all washing instructions in the heated vest manual.
Is the heated vest safe to use?
Yes. The heating elements are CE-certified and comply with European safety standards. The maximum temperature is 65°C and is safe during normal use. Always follow the manual.
Heated hoodie
What is the difference between the heated hoodie and the heated vest?
The heated hoodie has sleeves and a hood, so it gives extra coverage for the arms and head. The vest can be worn underneath as an additional warm layer. The hoodie works well as an outer layer in cool to cold conditions.
How long does the heated hoodie battery last?
The heated hoodie comes with a 10,000 mAh power bank. Setting 1 (blue, 45°C) runs for up to 8 hours, setting 2 (white, 55°C) for up to 5 hours and setting 3 (red, 65°C) for up to 3 hours.
Which size heated hoodie should I choose?
The hoodie has a regular fit. Check our size chart for exact measurements. If in doubt, choose one size larger so you can also wear it over other layers.
Can the heated hoodie also be worn as an outer layer?
Yes. The heated hoodie is designed as an outer layer for cool to cold weather. Wear it over a T-shirt or thin sweater. In very cold conditions, combine it with a vest underneath or a jacket over it.
Can I wash the heated hoodie?
Yes. The hoodie is splash-resistant, but not fully waterproof. In light rain or damp conditions, the heating elements are protected. Always remove the power bank before washing and wash at 30°C in a laundry bag. All care instructions are in the heated hoodie manual.
Heated zip hoodie
What is the difference between the heated zip hoodie and the regular heated hoodie?
The zip hoodie has a full-length zipper, making it easier to put on and take off. It is practical if you want to wear it like a vest or open it quickly. The heating elements and battery are the same as in the regular hoodie.
How long does the heated zip hoodie battery last?
The heated zip hoodie uses the same 10,000 mAh power bank as the other KingsPower heated garments. Runtime: setting 1 (blue) up to 8 hours, setting 2 (white) up to 5 hours, setting 3 (red) up to 3 hours.
Can the heated zip hoodie be worn like a vest?
Yes. Thanks to the zipper, you can wear the zip hoodie open like a vest or zipped up for extra warmth. Combine it with a T-shirt, sweater or vest underneath as needed.

Use and controls
Can I use the powerbank to charge my phone?
Yes, the 10,000 mAh powerbank can charge a phone if the cable and connection are suitable. Heating clothing and charging a phone at the same time reduces runtime.
How do I switch on the heating and change setting?
Connect the charged powerbank, hold the button for a few seconds and press again to switch between heat settings. The colour shows the selected setting: blue, white or red.
Can I wear the heated clothing while the powerbank is charging?
No. Do not wear the clothing while the powerbank is charging. Charge the powerbank separately first, then connect it to the garment.
What temperature does the heated clothing reach?
The highest setting reaches up to 65°C at the heating element. The warmth you feel depends on setting, outside temperature, fit and clothing layers.

How quickly will my order be delivered?
Orders are processed quickly. The exact delivery time depends on stock, destination country and carrier. Current delivery information is shown during checkout.
Is shipping free?
Shipping conditions depend on the delivery country and current checkout settings. The exact shipping cost, if any, is shown before payment.
What is the return policy?
You can return your order according to the current return policy on our website. Always check the return instructions before sending a product back.
Can I still cancel or change my order?
Contact us as soon as possible via realkingspower.com">info@realkingspower.com. Orders are processed quickly, so cancellation or changes are only possible if the order has not yet shipped.
What if my product arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and help with the next step.
Can I order a separate powerbank?

Do you supply companies?
Yes. KingsPower supplies companies, teams and organisations that need heated clothing for outdoor or cold working conditions.
How do I request a business quote?

Can we sell KingsPower products as a reseller?

How quickly are business orders delivered?
If stock is available, delivery is usually possible quickly. For larger quantities we confirm product mix, stock, delivery time and delivery location in the quote.
Practical questions
Can I wear heated clothing in rain or snow?
The clothing is suitable for normal cold and damp conditions, but it is not fully waterproof. Do not expose the powerbank or electrical parts to heavy rain, soaking water or snow buildup.
Are the heating elements safe during long-term use?
Yes. The heating elements are CE-certified and work with automatic protection. The maximum temperature is 65°C. The elements do not switch off automatically during long use, but the powerbank gradually provides less power.
Where can I buy heated clothing?
You can buy KingsPower heated clothing through realkingspower.com and, depending on the market, through selected sales channels.
How long is the warranty on KingsPower heated clothing?
The warranty follows applicable European consumer rules and the terms stated on the KingsPower website. Normal wear and damage caused by incorrect use are not covered.
