How to Care for a Heated Hoodie: Washing, Drying and Checks
Share
Check the care label first
Heated hoodies contain heating elements and wiring, so always follow the garment-specific care label.
Remove the power bank
Disconnect and remove the power bank before washing. Close pockets and protect the connector so it cannot snag.
Wash gently
Use a mild detergent and the permitted hand-wash or gentle machine cycle. Avoid bleach, fabric softener, wringing and harsh cleaning.
Air-dry completely
Do not reconnect power while the garment or connector is damp. Let the hoodie dry naturally and avoid direct heat unless the label explicitly allows it.
Inspect before use
Check the cable, connector, heating areas and power bank. Stop using the hoodie if you see damage, unusual heat or a loose connection.
Store it dry
Store the hoodie clean and dry without sharply folding the heating areas. Keep the power bank separate and follow its storage instructions.
